Product Manager - Energy Trading

We are looking for aProduct Manager - Energy Trading to head the delivery of a citizen development platform that enables business users to build, document, and manage low-code/no-code applications in a governed environment, serving the power, utilities, and renewables sector.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the platform by organizing requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation with business and development stakeholders
• Create and deliver thorough training sessions to equip business users and stakeholders with platform skills and best practices
• Enable cross-departmental communication to define project goals and foster mutual understanding of platform capabilities
• Assist the design and development process by ensuring product features evolve alongside business needs and regulatory demands
• Direct user acceptance testing efforts to confirm solutions align with established requirements and quality benchmarks
• Partner with support and operations teams to guarantee seamless maintenance and continuous platform performance
• Track and address stakeholder expectations across the project lifecycle, maintaining transparency and prompt issue resolution
• Support ongoing enhancement of training materials and enablement approaches informed by user feedback and platform changes
• Collaborate with a team of 3-5 colleagues and coordinate with third-party vendors when needed to achieve project goals

Requirements

• 10-18 years of comprehensive IT experience, with substantial expertise in product management, product life cycle, product roadmap, and product vision
• Deep knowledge of energy trading and requirements analysis
• Ability to connect technical and business viewpoints to ensure platform capabilities meet user needs
• Proficiency in managing stakeholders and balancing varied expectations between business and technical groups
• Experience creating and delivering training programs suited to different user groups and proficiency levels
• Skill in converting complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for development teams
• Proven track record of driving cross-functional collaboration and enabling effective communication across departments
