Advanced Software Engineer - .NET

We are seeking a highly skilledAdvanced Software Engineer with deep expertise in the .NET ecosystem to join our team.

In this role, you will design, evolve, and optimize large-scale, high-load systems while ensuring top-tier performance, security, and reliability. You will also leverage modern AI development tools to enhance productivity and code quality.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain large monolithic systems, ensuring scalability and long-term evolution
• Build and optimize high-load applications using the C# / .NET ecosystem
• Design REST APIs with a focus on scalability, versioning, and security
• Integrate with SOAP and legacy systems as needed
• Perform advanced MSSQL performance tuning, transaction optimization, and handle blocking, locking, and concurrency
• Drive performance optimization, concurrency management, and fault tolerance across services
• Implement secure communication using TLS/SSL and manage certificate handling
• Apply secure coding practices and mitigate common vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10)
• Conduct threat modeling and define mitigation strategies for critical systems
• Identify and prevent vulnerabilities such as injection attacks, authentication flaws, and data leaks
• Leverage AI development tools and agents to generate production-quality code and tests
• Review, evaluate, and govern AI-generated output to maintain high engineering standards

Requirements

• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Deep expertise in the C# / .NET ecosystem
• Proven background in designing and working with high-load systems
• Strong skills in REST API design (scalability, versioning, security) and SOAP / legacy integrations
• Advanced proficiency in MSSQL, including performance tuning at scale, transaction optimization, and concurrency handling (blocking and locking)
• Showcase of designing and evolving large monolithic systems
• Expertise in performance optimization, concurrency, and fault tolerance
• Deep understanding of application security, including TLS/SSL, secure communication, and certificate handling
• Familiarity with secure coding practices, OWASP Top 10, and threat modeling and mitigation strategies
• Capability to identify and prevent vulnerabilities such as injection, authentication flaws, and data leaks
• Strong experience using and evaluating AI development tools and agents for generating production-quality code, tests, and governing AI output
• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
