The OpportunityÂ
​​​​TheEngineer -Identity Lifecycle Management is an entry-level position designed for individuals starting their career in identity lifecycle management. The role focuses on supporting SailPoint IIQ operations, performing QA testing, and resolving basic support tickets.​This isan​​individualcontributor​role.Â
Working under guidance from senior developers.This is a hybrid remote and office-based role in Sri Lanka, aligning with the local job requirement guidelines. Primary shift:[2:00 PM - 10:00 PM SLST, 3:30 AM – 11:30 AM CDT] with flexibility.Most work is performed Monday through Friday virtually using collaboration tools and video conferencing. Our team has occasional on-call support. Â

Responsibilities:Â
​​Support & Troubleshooting: Triaging and resolving low-complexity tickets in the team’s queueÂ
​​QA & Testing Support:Testing activities for new integrations, patches, and lifecycle changesÂ
​​Development Support: Assisting with minor SailPoint IIQ configurations under guidance Â
​​Documentation & Learning: Documenting processes and actively build IAM knowledge​ Â

Requirements:Â Â
​​ABachelor’sDegree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent practical experienceÂ
​​An advanced degree or IAM-related certificationsÂ
​​1–2+ years in IT or IAM (internships or coursework acceptable)Â
​Exposure to Java, SQL, or scriptinglanguages a plusÂ
​​Must be eager to learn and grow into IAM developmentÂ
​Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilitiesÂ
​Team-oriented and detail-focusedÂ
