Summary:
In the role of Program or Project Management Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive delivery of a program or project to ensure alignment with business objectives. This includes defining the scope of the project, closely monitoring the progress of various deliverables, and coordinating efforts across different teams. The role requires continuous communication with multiple stakeholders to effectively manage expectations, address challenges, and ensure successful outcomes. The position demands a proactive approach to balancing priorities and facilitating collaboration among diverse groups to drive the project forward smoothly and efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic planning sessions to align project goals with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate risk management processes to identify and mitigate potential project challenges.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering professional development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP ABAP Object Oriented Development.
- Strong knowledge of database management and optimization techniques related to SAP HANA environments.
- Ability to design and implement efficient code to enhance system performance and scalability.
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting complex issues within SAP ABAP applications.
- Familiarity with integration of SAP modules and understanding of business processes to support development efforts.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
