Learning Ladders ABA is seeking anexperienced, compassionate, and reliable Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to join our team for an in-home ABA case in Chester, Virginia.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working one-on-one with children, has experience supporting challenging behaviors, and values a collaborative, supportive clinical environment.

📍 Position Details

• Location: Chester, VA

• Setting: In-Home ABA Therapy

• Schedule: Monday–Wednesday, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM or 9:00 AM–3:00 PM

• Weekly Hours: 15–18 hours

• Home Environment: Family has a friendly Siberian Husky; applicants must be comfortable around large dogs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous ABA therapy experience required

• Experience working with children

• RBT certification preferred, but not required

• Experience supporting challenging behaviors, including tantrums and difficulty with transitions or denied access

• Comfortable working in a home with a Siberian Husky

• Patient, dependable, engaging, and professional

• Available for the specified weekday schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, in-home ABA services under BCBA supervision

• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-building programs

• Support communication, emotional regulation, and adaptive behavior development

• Collect accurate session data and maintain clinical documentation

• Collaborate with the supervising BCBA and family to ensure consistent care
