 What You’ll Actually Do All DayYou aren't babysitting. You are actively rewiring a young human's approach to the universe using science (Applied Behavior Analysis).
  • Data Overlord: You will track behaviors with clinical precision. Yes, you will technically be getting paid to count how many times a seven-year-old attempts to test gravity.
  • Professional Hype-Person: You will celebrate small victories like they are Olympic gold medals. Did she transition from playing to eating dinner without a meltdown? Cue the confetti.
  • The Strategic Clock: You’ll be locking down25 hours per week, with sessions taking place entirelyafter 4:00 PM.
