Experience with .NET 4.0 highly desired

Solid working knowledge of current Internet technologies, including .Net Framework, AJAX, and web services.

Hands-on software troubleshooting experience.

Flexible/adaptable in regards to learning and understanding new technologies.

Understand and apply standard software development patterns.

Follow test-based development practices to ensure quality deliverables.

Ability to work in a fast-paced project team using Software Development Methodologies project management techniques.

Evaluate alternate solutions to technical problems in an ego-free environment to collaboratively determine the most appropriate outcome.
