Job Description:
1Operates all assembly equipment and machinery in a correct and safe manner at the required rate
2Follows the cell qualification process to achieve sign-off as qualified associate
3Line feeds as required
4Ensure that parts and components are assembled in accordance with SOP
5Perform all required quality checks
6Completes all relevant documentation (i.e. VE logs, 1st Piece Check, Reference Number log, scrap log, rework log, etc.)
7Performs all changeover operataions on all machines correctly
8Perform first piece inspection
9Separates, tags and places all scrap/rework parts in designated area
10Ensure all housekeeping duties have been performed
11Perform any rework required and completes all necessary documentation
12Perform any other duties as specified
Required Skills and Education
High School Diploma or GED
