Job Description

1. Global Learning & Culture 

Serve as an internal trainer for company-wide training programs, particularly new hire orientation and manager training.

• Coordinate the implementation of global core training programs, including localization, deployment, and progress tracking across global sites.
• Develop cross-cultural and language training programs to support overseas assignees’ cultural adaptation and communication effectiveness.

2. Assignee Experience & HQ Process Improvement

• Serve as the primary HQ HR contact for overseas assignees in the U.S., Mexico, and UK.
• Coordinate with local HR and relevant stakeholders to track visa case progress, follow up on assignee needs, and facilitate timely support.
• Gather assignee feedback, identify pain points in HQ policies and processes, and coordinate cross-functional improvement initiatives.
• Track issues through resolution and communicate outcomes to assignees to ensure effective follow-up.
