About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join the Benguela Cove Lagoon Wine Estate team, covering our brands across the estate, restaurant, and wine business. Taking ownership of day-to-day marketing across our brands, from website and social content to email campaigns and paid Facebook and Instagram advertising. You'll keep our online presence, restaurant bookings, and onsite collateral accurate and current, working closely with our design and media team to turn briefs into finished content, fast. 

What You'll Do

• Write copy for websites, social media, email and print
• Schedule and post social media content across our brands
• Plan, build and send email campaigns
• Keep Google My Business listings current and accurate
• Update and maintain our websites
• Run Facebook and Instagram advertising, actual paid campaigns with a budget and a result, not just organic posting
• Work with our design and media team to get content produced
• Keep Dineplan updated for the restaurant
• Produce and update onsite collateral
• Take a brief and execute it, reliably and fast, without it needing to be rewritten

AI Tools: Daily use expected, not optional.

What You'll Bring

• Strong writing skills and a sharp eye for brand and detail
• Hands-on experience running paid Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, able to show real examples with budgets and outcomes, not just "managed our page"
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms
• Comfortable working across multiple platforms and tools without hand-holding on each one
• Working knowledge of website content management (Squarespace and/or Shopify)
• Fast, accurate, and doesn't need every step of a brief spelled out
• Comfortable using AI tools daily to speed up content, scheduling and reporting work
