Senior Data DevOps Engineer

We are looking for aSenior Data DevOps Engineer to join a team responsible for implementing and supporting critical aspects of an Azure data platform, including infrastructure changes, monitoring, end-to-end tracking, automation and self-healing, anomaly detection, event correlation and analysis, performance analysis, and access permissions management.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain advanced Terraform configurations and Azure DevOps pipelines across multiple subscriptions and environments
• Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs
• Improve performance, monitor, troubleshoot, and prevent issues across data workloads
• Collaborate with Architecture teams to ensure platform architecture and design standards complement the support model
• Identify opportunities to optimize data platform activities, support processes, and operational workflows
• Automate and streamline administrative activities, infrastructure, and application deployments
• Partner with the SRE team to support platform reliability and stability

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with Azure Cloud services, Azure DevOps, Azure PowerShell, and Terraform
• Expertise in hands-on infrastructure automation using Terraform and Azure DevOps pipelines across multiple subscriptions and environments
• Skills in communicating with multiple stakeholders across technical and business teams
• Understanding of platform architecture and design standards to support collaboration with Architecture teams
• Capability to identify and implement automation opportunities for administrative, infrastructure, and deployment activities
• Proficiency in English at a B2+ level

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Storage, and Azure Databricks
• Familiarity with Azure Monitor and Azure SQL Database
• Background in Azure Storage and Azure Synapse Analytics
