Are you analytical, detail-oriented, and interested inmaterial compliance, sustainability, chemical regulations, and data analysis?

We are looking for aJunior Material Compliance Process Analyst to support our Material Chemical Compliance function and work with teams across the HydraSpecma Group.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct material and chemical compliance activities and respond to customer requirements within agreed timelines.
• Process and maintain compliance data related toREACH, RoHS, POPs, SCIP, TSCA (PiP 3.1), Prop 65 and other applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain and validate required material compliance information.
• Gather and analyze compliance data using sources such as databases, supplier websites, email andSilicon Expert.
• SupportSCIP reporting for EU sites.
• Prepare and consolidateCMRT, EMRT and AMRT templates.
• Maintain internal chemical compliance portals, databases, working templates and timing sheets.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering, Purchasing and other internal teams on material compliance matters.
• Maintain compliance statements, archives and manufacturer information for manufactured and purchased items.
• Support the preparation and updating ofSOPs and Work Instructions.
• Participate in training and conduct internal knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Prepare monthly compliance and timing summaries.

• G.C.E. (A/L), preferably in theScience stream.
• Proficiency inMS Office applications and database handling.
• Strong written and verbalEnglish communication skills.
• Experience withSPC tools.
• Knowledge ofhydraulic and mechanical components.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding ofchemical compliance and material compositions.
• Certificate course or knowledge inMaterial Science, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering will be an added advantage.
