A&P Inspector - Greensboro, NC

Sparta Networking is supporting a leading aviation maintenance organization in Greensboro, North Carolina in the hiring of experienced FAA-certified A&P Inspectors.

This position supports widebody heavy maintenance operations and focuses on ensuring airworthiness, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance during scheduled heavy checks. The ideal candidate has strong heavy maintenance experience and a deep understanding of FAA standards and inspection procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform required inspections during heavy maintenance checks

• Verify completed work meets FAA and company standards

• Review and sign off maintenance work packages

• Identify discrepancies and ensure corrective action

• Ensure airworthiness compliance before return to service

• Maintain accurate and detailed inspection documentation

Required Qualifications

• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License – Required

• Minimum 3+ years heavy maintenance experience

• Previous inspection experience preferred

• Experience on Boeing or Airbus aircraft strongly preferred

• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and compliance standards

• Ability to work any shift as required

• Must pass background check and drug screening

Compensation

• $35.00 - $45.00 per hour (based on experience)
