Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

Gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement (duration as per local country policy) and learn by doing tasks as directed to support ABB operations and enhance personal education/employment opportunities.

The work model for the role is:On Site.

This role is contributing toABB Apodaca Plant 2.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Collecting and analyzing data related to new projects.
• Identifying opportunities and proposing improvement actions.
• Supporting the implementation of production and new product activities.
• Following up on new product implementations and Engineering Changes.
• Coordinating project-related activities and ensuring timely execution.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

• Current student of Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field (6th semester or above).
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills.
• Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Basic understanding of project schedules and planning.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical design concepts.
• Intermediate English level.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and AI tools.
• Basic SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Power BI, HTML, or Power Apps knowledge is a plus.
