The opportunity

As Manager for Auxiliary Systems, you will lead a team that plays a key role in delivering auxiliary systems for some of the world's largest HVDC projects.

This is an opportunity for an experienced leader who enjoys building strong teams, creating structure, and enabling people to perform at their best. Your team consists of highly skilled engineers working within areas such as HVAC, Small Power and Lighting, Fire Detection, Security and Building Automation Systems.

The team has grown rapidly and is involved in a large number of complex global projects. As Manager, your focus will be on developing people, improving ways of working, balancing resources, and creating the conditions needed for successful project deliveries.

You will be part of the HVDC Civil Design & Auxiliary Systems management team and work closely with internal stakeholders across the organization. Together, you will help shape the future direction of the department while supporting the continued growth of our business. Location for this role is Ludvika or Västerås, Sweden.

Your background

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Previous experience leading people, teams, or technical organizations.
• Experience working within power systems, industrial engineering, energy, infrastructure, or a related technical environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to create structure, prioritize, and balance competing demands.
• Experience in resource planning, project support, or organizational development.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
