The Opportunity:

TheClient and Executive Experience Center Advisor owns the executive briefing and experience center engagement strategy that supports growth, executive relationships and brand positioning. The position serves as the strategic owner of Velera's executive visitor engagement program and is responsible for designing, delivering and continuously enhancing high-impact experiences for clients, prospects, partners, industry analysts, executive leaders and other key stakeholders. This role exercises significant independent judgment in tailoring engagement strategies, executive briefing content and experience center programming to align with business objectives, strengthen brand perception and support growth initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional executive presence, advanced presentation and facilitation skills, and the ability to influence diverse audiences while engaging effectively with senior executives and external stakeholders.

Day in the Life:

Executive Experience and Stakeholder Management

  • Develop and continuously evolve the Experience Center engagement strategy to support organizational growth objectives, executive relationship-building efforts and corporate brand initiatives.

  • Collaborates directly with senior leadership to ensure alignment of visitor experiences with enterprise priorities and strategic initiatives.

  • Welcome and register visitors, ensuring a professional and hospitable experience.

  • Create and conduct guided tours for a variety of audiences, including clients, prospects, partners, employees, high-level executives, industry analysts and community groups.

  • Develop and deliver engaging presentations that communicate Velera’s story, mission, values, products, services, innovations, advocacy and strategic vision.

  • Own and tailor tour content, messaging and presentation pathways based on audience interests, industry, role and business objectives.

  • Manage all aspects of onsite tour flow including timing and logistics to ensure a seamless visitor experience.

Brand Representation

  • Serve as a knowledgeable company representative and brand ambassador.

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the credit union and banking industry, as well as the overall financial services industry landscape, to effectively engage with tour participants.

  • Stay informed about Velera news, product updates, strategic initiatives and industry trends.

  • Maintain an overall understanding of Velera’s products, solutions, services and technology, to effectively deliver successful presentations to the target audience.

  • Deliver consistent messaging aligned with marketing, communications and corporate branding standards.

  • Foster positive relationships with visitors and internal stakeholders.

Experience Center Operations

  • Maintain readiness and presentation standards of exhibits, displays, demonstration areas and meeting spaces.

  • Coordinate visitor schedules and support executive briefing programs.

  • Collaborate with Velera growth team, executives, Marketing, events and other stakeholders to prepare for experience center visits and participate in post-event meetings analysis.  

  • Monitor exhibit functionality and partner with internal teams to resolve issues.

  • Maintain familiarity with interactive exhibit technologies, presentation systems, AV equipment and digital collaboration tools.

  • Ability to troubleshoot basic technology issues during tours and executive briefings.

  • Experience working with CRM, event management and visitor management platforms.

  • Ensure safety, security and confidentiality protocols are followed by all visitors.

Administrative & Reporting Responsibilities

  • Maintain tour schedules, visitor records and attendance metrics.

  • Assist with special events, client / prospect engagements, executive visits and community outreach programs.

  • Serves as executive advisor to leadership on visitor engagement, executive briefings and experience center performance and design.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives designed to elevate the visitors’ experience.

  • Influences cross-functional partners to deliver cohesive and impactful executive engagement programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business or a related field required.

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in strategic marketing, marketing communications, sales or product development required.

  • Background in marketing, executive briefing programs, event management and/or client experience.

  • Proven ability to deliver compelling presentations and facilitate discussions with executive, client, and industry stakeholder audiences.

  • Exceptional verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills required with strong executive presence and acumen.

  • Knowledge of the financial services and credit union industry, payment and digital technology products, and competitive landscape strongly preferred.

  • Storytelling and presentation excellence to all levels of audience including clients, executive management, board members and industry professionals

  • Customer-centric mindset to adapt to individual client needs

  • Executive presence is required

  • Adaptability and professionalism for onsite delivery and execution

  • Collaboration and teamwork with Velera’s growth organization, facilities team and technology partners

  • Problem-solving and technical understanding to utilize and manage onsite presentation equipment and data

  • Exceptional time management skills

  • High attention to detail

  • Strong brand advocacy

  • Be an avid learner with commitment to continuous education

  • Experience leading executive briefing programs, client engagement initiatives, high-profile events, or customer experience programs.

  • Professional facilitation, public-speaking, executive briefing or docent training preferred.

Pay Equity

$84,900.00 - $108,200.00

Actual Pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
