As an Assistant Clinical Manager, you will play a dual role in clinical practice and management, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care within your department. You will support the Director/Nurse Manager in planning, organizing, and directing patient care services, while also contributing to budget management, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance. Your leadership will be vital in fostering a collaborative and efficient healthcare environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
  • Two years of RN experience.
  • Current RN license in the State of Michigan.
  • BCLS/ACLS certification per unit standards.
  • Certifications appropriate for the specific unit.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous leadership or management experience in a clinical setting.
  • Experience with budget management and quality improvement initiatives.
