Our Transportation team is a people-led, technology-powered organization focused on safely and efficiently moving our business forward. As the People Partner supporting this new Region 4 facility, you will work closely with tractor-trailer drivers, office associates, transportation leaders, and maintenance garage technicians, helping establish a strong culture, effective people routines, and an associate experience built for long-term success.
What you'll do...
- Partner with facility leadership to build, develop, and sustain high-performing teams and a strong associate experience.
- Lead and support staffing, talent development, training, associate relations, performance management, and other core People processes.
- Coach leaders, identify development opportunities, and strengthen leadership capability across the operation.
- Use data, insights, and strong attention to detail to identify trends, solve problems, and improve People processes.
- Help establish scalable routines, standards, and programs as the new transportation facility grows.
- Experience leading HR/People processes in a fast-paced operational environment, with strong employee relations and talent management capability.
- Demonstrated success developing leaders and building engaged, high-performing teams.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to execute accurately across multiple priorities.
- Ability to influence, communicate effectively, and build trusted partnerships across frontline and leadership teams.
- A continuous-improvement mindset and comfort supporting change, growth, and new ways of working.

The annual salary range for this position is $92,400.00 - $138,600.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field and 2 years HR Generalist experience (e.g., payroll, workers compensation, benefits) with at least one year supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing employees; managing workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees OR 1 year experience as a Walmart Logistics Human Resources Area Manager or Walmart Human Resources Office Manager supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing associates; managing associate workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of associates, including dealing with employment compensation/payroll processing, employee relations, recruiting/staffing, organizational planning, and/or training and development programs OR 3 years experience supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing employees, managing workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees including one year of experience managing human resource processes (e.g., staffing, payroll, workers compensation, benefits)Preferred Qualifications...
