About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experiencedConsultant ENT (Otolaryngology) Surgeon to join a high-performing surgical team inregional Victoria, just 90 minutes from central Melbourne.

This role provides an excellent blend ofpublic hospital ENT practice andhigh-demand private work, allowing surgeons to build a full surgical caseload quickly while enjoying the lower cost of living and lifestyle benefits of regional Australia—without being far from a major capital city.

🔍Key Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of ENT services including adult and paediatric care

• Perform elective and emergency ENT surgical procedures

• Participate in outpatient clinics, theatre lists, and on-call rosters

• Work collaboratively with anaesthetics, oncology, audiology & paediatric teams

• Supervise registrars, trainees, and junior doctors

• Contribute to clinical governance, service improvement & CME

✅Candidate Requirements

• Medical degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent)

• Specialist qualification in ENT / Otolaryngology
  (e.g.,FRCS(ORL-HNS), American Board, Royal College of Canada, European Board, FRACS-equivalent, or South African specialist credentials)

• Eligible forAHPRA Specialist Registration

• Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills

• Experience across both adult and paediatric ENT surgery desirable
