Associate Principal Consultant, Salesforce Business Analyst

REQUIREMENTS:

• Total experience: 9 years as aSalesforce Business Analyst.
• Strong hands-on experience inSalesforce business analysis, requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design, and stakeholder management.
• Must-have expertise in independently drivingDiscovery and Design Workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong experience translating business requirements intoscalable Salesforce solutions, includingworkflows, reports, custom objects, validation rules, and configurable solutions.
• Experience managingSalesforce projects end-to-end, including requirements gathering, planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong experience creating and maintainingSalesforce solution documentation, includingprocess flows, data models, requirements, and technical specifications.
• Strong ability to collaborate withdesign and technical teams to ensure key business processes and operational requirements are addressed.
• Experience developing and maintaining arequirements management strategy, including elicitation processes, documentation standards, review, and approval mechanisms.
• Strong understanding ofbacklog grooming, requirements prioritization, attributes, review, and approval processes.
• Experience monitoringproject scope against SOW, identifying scope variances, and supporting change control processes.
• Good-to-have experience withJIRA or equivalent Agile project management tools.
• Good-to-have experience inRoot Cause Analysis (RCA) and structured problem-solving.
• Strong experience working in anAgile delivery environment.
• Excellentanalytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, project management, collaboration, written, and verbal communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• LeadSalesforce business analysis, discovery, and requirements gathering initiatives across business and technology teams.
• Independently driveDiscovery and Design Workshops to understand business processes, pain points, requirements, and desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements intoscalable and configurable Salesforce solutions.
• Define and document Salesforce requirements coveringworkflows, reports, custom objects, validation rules, business processes, and data requirements.
• Manage Salesforce projects throughrequirements gathering, planning, execution, scope management, and delivery.
• Develop and maintain comprehensivesolution documentation, including process flows, data models, business requirements, and technical specifications.
• Work closely withdesign, development, QA, and technical teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into solutions.
• Establish and maintain arequirements management strategy, including elicitation, documentation, review, approval, and change management processes.
• Facilitatebacklog grooming, requirement prioritization, refinement, and stakeholder approval activities.
• Monitor project scope against theSOW, identify scope deviations, and communicate required changes through the appropriate change control process.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify and resolvecomplex business and process issues, including RCA where required.
• SupportAgile delivery ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Provide strongstakeholder communication and coordination throughout the Salesforce project lifecycle.
• Ensure Salesforce solutions address the most criticalbusiness operations, process requirements, and user needs.
• Maintain high-quality requirements and solution documentation to supportimplementation, testing, deployment, and future enhancements.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
