The Role 

We areseeking to recruit a high performingManagerinto our Strategy&Aerospace and Defence Practice. 

This role is a unique opportunity to join the growing team inItaly and enter a global network of4,500 strategy consultants worldwide part of a larger PwC network of more than370,000 employees. 

As aproject leaderyou will have the opportunity tomanage complex projects, leadmultidisciplinary teams,collaborate with high-profile clientsto develop and implement innovative strategies anddrive transformational change for prestigious businesses; working with leadingInternationaland Italian players in the industry you will be able todrive impactful projects with some of the most influential companies in the sector.

You will be working withsenior stakeholdersin the business to challenge and design and deploy innovative and fully comprehensiveAerospace andDefence programs.In addition to building on your demonstratedtechnical skills, you will use yourleadership and emotional capabilities to grow,inspire andmentor others, build strong client relationships, and become respected within the firm as thego-to-person for your areas of expertise.

What we look for  

We are seeking exceptional people with exceptional backgrounds, both from Strategy Consulting and leading corporate institutions. 
Candidatedescription  

• You will have a proventrack record of career progression and achievements, having worked ininternationally, with a history of completed projects and contributions to client and practice development in the Aerospace and Defence sector 

• Youwillhave excellent academic achievement (Bachelor’s degreetypically in mathematics, finance, economics, engineering or medicine and a Masters/MBA, achieved from a world leading education institution) 

• You willlikely have 5-7 years of strategy consulting experience at a top-tier firm,ideally in Aerospace and Defence practicesfocusing on corporate strategy,multinational defence programs,complex M&A processes, business planning and go-to-market strategy. Alternatively, you may have similar experience in a leading corporate institution within the Aerospace and Defence industry 

• You will be a naturally curious,highly numerate, self-starter with exceptional analytical skills andfeel at easein bringing structure to solving ambiguous problems 

• Structuring and presentingAerospace and Defencepropositionscome natural to you; you lead teams to quicklycreate,segment and analyse baselines through a multitude of outside in and inside out methodologies  

• Youwillunderstand how to enable programs to deliver results at various phases of the engagement lifecycle through effective process and delivery mechanisms. You willalsobe responsible for project delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget 

• You will be comfortable inadapting to a multitude of client environmentsand display the personal characteristics to successfully be recognized as a thought leader by ourClients 

• You will have command of both Italian and English, beingable toeffectively work andpresent to senior stakeholdersin both languages, with a third European language as a plus  

• You willmost likely havesuccessfulinterests/passionsoutside of work, whether in sports, social contribution, NGO/Charity Leadership orexecutivedirectorships,as examples 

• You will have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously,demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills 

• You will be skilled at securing follow-up projects with existing clients, ensuring continuity and fostering long-term relationships 

• Some projects may also requireinternational trips
