To ensure the expansion of our Welcome and Support Center we are looking to recruit a Technical Support Specialist.  

TheWelcomeandSupportCentreprovidestechnicalsupportandreplacementpartslogisticsupportforoneofConcentrix’smajorcustomers.

• HandlingClients’Technicalrequestsbyphone and chat 

• Providing Hardware and Software support to the utilizedmultifunctionaldevices

• Ensuring that all Service level Agreements (SLAs) are met consistently
