Recruitment Coordinator – Healthcare Staffing

This is afully remote position, so you can work from home. You’ll play an important role throughout the recruitment process, staying in close contact with candidates and helping ensure that each person has a professional, friendly, and well-organized experience.

Your role

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will help manage candidates throughout the recruitment journey — from initial contact and screening to follow-up and preparation for working in Norway.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Communicating with healthcare professionals and potential candidates

• Screening candidates and conducting initial conversations

• Coordinating interviews and following up with candidates

• Keeping candidate information and recruitment processes structured and up to date

• Supporting candidates with information about the recruitment process and working in Norway

• Maintaining regular contact with candidates throughout their journey

• Working closely with the rest of the recruitment team to ensure a smooth and professional process

Who we’re looking for

You are someone who genuinely enjoys working with people but also loves structure and getting things organized.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Speaks and writesFinnish and English confidently

• Is highly organized and able to manage several candidates and processes at the same time

• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Is comfortable speaking with new people by phone and video

• Takes ownership of tasks and follows through

• Can work independently in a fully remote environment

• Is comfortable using digital tools and systems

• Has a suitable home-office setup and reliable internet connection

Swedish at B2 level or higher is a strong advantage.

Previous experience in recruitment, coordination, healthcare staffing, customer service, HR, or a similar people-focused role is an advantage, but we also value the right personality, communication skills, and ability to stay organized.
