Your Day-to-Day

• Develop and produce engaging social media content, including Reels, Instagram Stories, and other short-form content, from concept to publishing.
• Create and manage Instagram Story plans and content calendars aligned with brand goals.
• Plan and execute content production, including developing concepts, shooting, and editing short-form content.
• Stay updated on social media trends, content formats, and audience behavior to identify relevant content opportunities.
• Monitor content performance and social media trends to improve content strategy and audience engagement.
• Collaborate with the team to support social media campaigns and ensure consistent brand communication.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Content Creation, Social Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and other major social media platforms, including Reels, Stories, and short-form content formats.
• Demonstrated ability to develop creative content concepts and execute content production from concept to publishing.
• Proficiency in video editing tools for short-form content.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and audience behavior, with the ability to translate insights into relevant content ideas.
• Background in retail, fast-paced environments, or agency settings is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
