Project Manager Electronic Security Systems

IOTA Group is recruiting aProject Manager – Electronic Security Systems for one of its partners inSwitzerland.

You will lead electronic security projects involvingCCTV, access control and intrusion detection, coordinating technical teams and customers from project initiation through installation, commissioning and final handover.

You will take ownership of project delivery, ensuring effective planning, stakeholder coordination and resolution of technical issues.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Manage electronic security projects from initiation through completion and final handover.
• Develop and monitor project plans, coordinating resources, suppliers and subcontractors.
• CoordinateEngineers, Field Technicians and external partners.
• Monitor progress, risks, deadlines and technical issues, and drive corrective actions.
• Oversee installation and commissioning activities.
• Track hardware availability and anticipate supply constraints.
• Act as themain point of contact for customers throughout the project.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning and final project handover.
• Maintain project documentation and progress reporting.

• Proven experience intechnical project management.
• Previous experience inelectronic security, low-voltage systems, building technologies or technical integration projects.
• Good understanding of installation and commissioning environments.
• Ability to coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence working with technical teams and managing customer relationships.
• Technical background inelectrical engineering, electronics, automation, IT, building technologies or a related field.

Technical expertise

Experience with one or more of the following platforms is highly valued:

• Genetec
• Lenel / LenelS2
• PACOM
• Milestone
• Axis

Experience with comparable security integration platforms will also be considered.

Languages

• English and French: required.
• German: a strong asset.

• Location: Switzerland.
• Experience inData Centers or other critical infrastructure environments would be an advantage.
• Experience managinginternational or global account projects is highly valued.
• Previous experience in security system integration projects would be an asset.
