Our production plant in Poland, opened in 2018, supplies millions of high-end clamps, rings and ‘Quick Connectors’ solutions to customers in the vehicle and manufacturing industries. Our team is responsible for the V-Clamps and Straps product groups. These are used mostly for exhaust systems and tank fixation systems in the vehicle powertrain. Strengthen our team in Legnickie Pole (Legnica) at the earliest possible date!
Responsible for service and customer support for Oetiker electronic and pneumatic tools, that are used withÂ
Oetiker clamps and rings, for customers in EMEA Region.Â
 Programming e.g., Siemens Production System (SPS) and common configuration of industrial networksÂ
• Onsite customer installation of pneumatic and electronic tooling into high-end automated assembly linesÂ
• Provide customer training and support of Oetiker installation tools remotely or at customer locationÂ
• Assembly of new power tools and tool repairs within PTC department or onsite at customer locationÂ
• Analyze existing installation tools and make technical recommendations to improve overall performanceÂ
• Up to 25% travel requirement within EuropeÂ
• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety and environmental regulationsÂ
• Compliance to the Management Manual, IATF 16949, ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 requirementsÂ
• Coordination with cross functional teams (i.e. R&D, product marketing, logistics and sales)
• Extensive knowledge of Serial and Ethernet/IP Protocols for industrial equipmentÂ
• Extensive knowledge of PLC’s to interact with automated equipmentÂ
• Excellent written & verbal native language skillsÂ
• Proficient Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point)Â
• Ability to understand electrical/electronic schematicsÂ
• Create and maintain electrical/electronic schematicsÂ
• Ability to trouble shoot electrical/electronic problems (i.e. Multimeter, stripping wires)Â
• Able to provide detail troubleshooting explanations (why and how something was fixed)Â
• Soft Skills - Customer Service mindset, self-starter, willingness to learn, team playerÂ
• You have good spoken and written English language skills.Â
• Project Management (good to have, not mandatory)Â
• CAD modeling and basic knowledge of SAP (good to have, not mandatory)Â
