• Responsible foronsite root cause analysis of supplier quality issues related toheat treatment and machining, and follow up on theimplementation and verification of corrective actions to ensure issue resolution.

• Supporttechnical discussions,sample approvals, andsafe launches for new machining and heat treatment projects, ensuring suppliers meet all quality and process requirements before mass production.

• Drivecontinuous improvement initiatives at supplier sites, focusing onprocess stability, quality performance, and the use of quality tools such as8D, FMEA, and SPC.

• Experienced engineer with background inmanufacturing technologies (e.g. machining, heat treatment) andquality management tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC.

• Proven skills inroot cause analysis andproblem-solving within supplier or production environments.

• Strongcommunication and coordination abilities, able to work cross-functionally and with external suppliers.

• Fluent in English for both written and verbal communication, including technical discussions and reporting.

• Hands-on experience inproject support or new product launch from a quality perspective.

• Self-driven, structured, and improvement-oriented.

• Willingness totravel to supplier sites when required.
