We are looking for a talented and passionateSous Chef to join our friendly team in a busy daytime bistro café in the heart of the Ribble Valley.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality breakfast, brunch, and lunch dishes.

• Maintain excellent food quality, consistency, and presentation.

• Ensure full compliance with food hygiene, HACCP, and health and safety regulations.

• Take responsibility for the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence.

• Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining high standards.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or an experienced Chef de Partie ready to step up.

• Strong knowledge of fresh food preparation and kitchen operations.

• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

• A positive attitude with the ability to work well under pressure.

• Food Safety and Hygiene certification is desirable.

• A genuine passion for producing exceptional food
