Finance Lead (On-site)

Bask is building the infrastructure powering telehealth’s future—starting with an expansive, accurate, and compliant retail, specialty, and compounding pharmacy network. We’re looking for aFinance Lead to build and scale our financial foundation, guiding everything from budget management to investment strategy as we expand our operations.

This role is ideal for astrategic, detail-oriented finance professional who thrives at the intersection of financial modeling, operational execution, and strategic growth. You’ll leadsales and budget projections, developinvestment analyses for pharmacy expansion, and partner closely with leadership to inform key decisions across the business.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain detailedsales, budget, and cash flow projections.
• Leadinvestment analysis for new pharmacy initiatives and product expansion.
• Create and managefinancial models that drive business decisions and capital allocation.
• Overseefinancial reporting, variance analysis, and forecasting.
• Develop dashboards to trackrevenue, margins, CAC, LTV, and burn rate.
• Partner with leadership onfundraising, investor materials, and board reporting.
• Implement scalable financial processes foraccounting, payroll, and spend management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with pharmacy, sales, and operations teams to align goals and budgets.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of experience instrategic finance, FP&A, or corporate development, ideally in astartup or high-growth environment.
• Proven ability to build and managefinancial models, forecasts, and budgets.
• Strong understanding ofGAAP,  IFRS/IASB, SaaS metrics, and unit economics.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and experience with ERP systems and QuickBooks.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
• Experience intelehealth, SaaS, or healthcare is a plus.
