E-commerce Technical Lead

We are looking for a... to join our client’s team, a leading company operating across various sectors, including the automotive and agricultural machinery industries, with a presence in multiple countries.

Your main challenges will be to:

• Take technical ownership of thee-commerce platforms and their integrations;
• Define, prioritize and manage thetechnology roadmap for the Webshop and other digital sales channels;
• Contribute hands-on to thedevelopment and implementation of new features and improvements;
• Define and continuously evolve thesolution architecture, ensuring quality, security, scalability and maintainability;
• Monitorplatform performance, availability and reliability, while managing the application lifecycle;
• Promote best practices acrosssoftware development, documentation, testing and code quality;
• Coordinate internal technical teams and external partners, ensuring alignment and smooth delivery;
• Work closely with different stakeholders to translate business needs into effective and sustainable technical solutions.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree inComputer Science, Software Engineering or a related field;
• 5+ years of experience in application development or application management, ideally within e-commerce or digital sales environments;
• Experience coordinatingtechnical teams and/or external partners;
• Solid experience developinge-commerce solutions;
• Strong knowledge ofDjango — this is a must-have;
• Knowledge ofReact;
• Good knowledge ofSQL;
• Knowledge ofSAP (MD/SD), DevOps and CI/CD is a plus;
• A hands-on, proactive and solution-oriented mindset;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams;
• Proficiency inEnglish.
