Production Assistant - Seasonal PT

KTLA is looking for a Production Assistant to work on our Emmy Award-winning live coverage of the Rose Parade. PA with a can-do attitude will work directly with Production Coordinator and APOC for all their needs, including script book assembly, camera cards, research and clerical, and any other related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Will assist Production Coordinator and APOC in all clerical tasks andduties.
• Will assemble float tour books, script books and cameracards.
• Will work on files in OneDrive, including rundown, production schedules, scripts, camera cards, etc.
• Perform clerical duties to support theshow.
• Provide telephonecoverage.
• Will work on the live event on location inPasadena.
• Position is temporary December toJanuary.

Requirements

• Must have experience in live television, scripted or relatedfield
• Must be extremely proficient in administrative tasks and on a PC - Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and OneDrive are a must.
• Knowledge of live show rundowns and scripts a plus.
• Ability to multitask with excellent attention to detail and handle a lot on their plate all atonce
• Superb organizational and time managementskills
• Capable of meeting deadlines and working with daily timeconstraints
• Talent for anticipatingneeds
• Excellent written and verbal communications; professional telephone etiquette AVAILABLE: Immediately

Compensation $20/hr.+ - commensurate with experience and skilllevel
