Hostess | AYANA BALI

We are in search of young talent with an energetic personality, yet elegant that fulfill the requirements for a Hostess to work with our Food & Beverage team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the venue
• Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
• Manage reservations
• Provide menus and announce Waiter/Waitress’s name
• Greet customers upon their departure
• Maintain a clean reception area
• Answer incoming calls and address customers’ queries

• Minimum of 2 years experience in the same position in a large luxury resort
• Eloquent in English communication

• Excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person)
• Availability to work in shifts as needed
• Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift
• Diploma in Food & Beverage, Hotel Management, or other relevant fields.
