We Offer

The job

As a customer support agent for this assignment, your primary task is to answer incoming calls related to directory inquiries. We handle calls for our own number service as well as for several other external providers. The callers are looking for phone numbers for private individuals, companies, or government agencies. After a few weeks, your responsibilities may expand to include chat and email support, the main focus will remain on handling incoming calls.

Your daily work will include tasks like these:

• Resolving product and service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
• Managing large amounts of incoming calls
• Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Your qualifications

💭 You speak Swedish at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

🎓 Experience in customer support is a plus but not a must

💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills. Excellent multitasking skills.

💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with good interpersonal relationship building skills.

🥇Can handle the pressure with very hectic job, and won’t get bored withsimple tasks
