Role based in Dubai, though Muscat-based candidates will be considered.
External Representation and Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the senior local representative for 44.01 in the UAE and Oman, building strong relationships with ministries, regulators, government entities, project partners, customers, and local community stakeholders.
- Represent 44.01 in high-stakes meetings, site visits and external events.
- Travel Required: You will need to split your time between UAE and Oman to be physically present in each market regularly.
- Build relationships with relevant stakeholders in Oman & UAE to raise awareness of 44.01 activities across both regions and maintain an active understanding of the regulatory and political landscape, surfacing opportunities and risks early.
- Support the Leadership Team during visits, providing context, briefings, and ensuring aligned engagement with key stakeholders.
- Coordinatefollow upactions from external meetings and ensure consistent messaging.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Partner closely with Project Delivery to facilitate permitting on 44.01 projects in the UAE and Oman, to highlight any risks early and to remove external blockers, while not owning technical or execution decisions.
- Ensure relevant information, risks and stakeholder signals are communicated to the Executive Team and key business partners with clarity and speed.
- Maintain a structured local stakeholder map and engagement cadence
- Partner closely with Commercial team to support business development and project development discussions in the UAE and Oman

- You are fluent in local business culture and government protocols, with a strong grasp of regulatory processes and expectations.
- You are an effective communicator, able to engage senior external stakeholders and internal teams in both English and Arabic.
- You are steady in ambiguity, able to manage sensitive issues with discretion and disciplined judgment.
- You are able to represent 44.01’s values consistently in complex, high-profile settings.
- You bring sector-relevant context, with experience in energy, industrial, climate tech or infrastructure.
