Reporting intoSenior Business Process Manager, we are searching for a team member to join us asProcess Excellence & Digital Transformation Manager (SAP).

TheProcess Excellence & Digital Transformation Manager leads regional initiatives tosimplify, standardise, and improve business processes across Asia-Pacific. The role helps business units move from inconsistent, manual, or complex ways of working toclearer, faster, and more efficient processes supported by common definitions, practical guidelines, best practices, and fit-for-purpose system solutions.

The role works closely with business units, Global Process Owners, and IT to identify operational pain points, analyse root causes, and design practical improvements that can be scaled across countries. This includesoptimising SAP and other ERP processes, improving system usage and data quality, and reducing manual work through tools such as workflows, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), system interfaces, reporting solutions, and other automation opportunities.

The successful candidate must be able to operate at both strategic and detailed levels:influencing senior stakeholders with clear recommendations while also working hands-on with process flows, data, system logic, and operational teams to deliver sustainable change. The role includespeople management responsibility for one to two direct reports, guiding and developing team members to support the delivery of overall regional initiatives. The role requires strong ownership, structured problem solving, and the ability to lead through influence in a regional, multi-country environment.

What you will be doing 

1. Process Improvement & Change Leadership

   · Drive end-to-end process improvement initiatives, from problem definition through to solution design and implementation

   · Define and monitor success measures to assess adoption, process performance and realized business outcomes using feedback and data to drive continuous improvement.

   · Lead structured root cause analysis (e.g. data-driven analysis, process diagnostics) to identify underlying issues in business processes and systems.

   · Design practical, scalable process solutions, balancing standardization, control, and local business needs.

   · Act as a change agent, proactively challenging the status quo and guiding stakeholders through change.

   · Translate complex analysis and process issues into clear, compelling executive-level narratives, recommendations and business cases that enable senior management decision making
   

2. Project & Stakeholder Management
   · Take end-to-end ownership of assigned transformation initiatives, independently driving progress, resolving ambiguity and escalating decisions or risks where appropriate
   · Gather, document, and prioritize detailed business requirements.
   · Lead or supportUser Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet real business needs.
   · Act as a trusted partner to Global Process Owners, providing strong APAC input into global designs.
   

3. Digitization & System Enablement
   · Identify opportunities todigitize and automate manual or inefficient processes.
   · Work closely with IT and data teams to translate business requirements into system and reporting solutions.
   · Support regional digitisation efforts through:
   · Clear functional specifications
   · Data and logic validation
   · Hands-on testing and iteration
   

4. People Management & Team Enablement
   · Coach and guide team members to strengthenprocess thinking, problem-solving capability, and business partnering skills.
   · Set clear priorities, expectations, and ways of working to ensure the team delivers against agreed objectives.
   · Drive team performance by providing regular feedback, removing roadblocks, and enabling ownership of key deliverables.

What we would love for you to have

• Minimum8 years’ experience in business process improvement, business analysis, or a similar role.

• Proven ability to diagnose complex business and system problems, perform deep root cause analysis, design and implement pragmatic, data-driven solutions

• Strong working knowledge of at least oneSAP module (e.g. SD, FI/CO, PtM)with an understanding of associated business processes and data structures

• Hands on experience designing or implementing workflow automation solutions (e.g.Microsoft Power Platform/ Power Automate, SAP Build Process Automation, Nintex, ProcessMaker or other similar platforms) or Working knowledge ofbasic coding or scripting to support digitization and automation (e.g.Python, JSON, SQL)

• Cross-functional SAP knowledge across multiple modules

• SAP BW / business intelligence and reporting solutions such as Tableau or Power BI

• Experience mapping end-to-end processes with Business Process Model and Notation(BPMN) or similar process-modelling standards
