We are seeking an experienced Manager, ERP Supply Chain Lead to lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management solutions for enterprise clients. This role combines deep supply chain functional expertise with client advisory, delivery leadership, solution governance, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management solutions across procurement and sourcing, product information management, inventory management, master planning, manufacturing, warehouse management, transportation management, and order fulfilment.
- Drive supply chain process transformation aligned with business objectives, operational requirements, and industry practices.
- Lead discovery and requirements workshops, translating business needs into functional designs, fit-gap assessments, and delivery priorities.
- Provide functional architecture, solution governance, and quality oversight throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Advise supply chain, operations, procurement, manufacturing, warehouse, and project stakeholders on process optimization, automation, integration, reporting, and adoption.
- Lead supply chain workstreams, managing scope, risks, issues, decisions, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.
- Coordinate functional delivery across technical, data, integration, testing, change management, and finance teams.
- Lead and develop onshore and offshore consultants through coaching, knowledge sharing, and clear performance expectations.
- Support pre-sales and business development through discovery, assessments, estimates, proposals, demonstrations, and solution envisioning.
- Contribute to ERP practice growth through reusable assets, capability development, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and strategic client opportunities.

- MB‑310 — Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate
- AB-730 – D365 AI Business Professional
- AB-731 – D365 AI Transformation Leader
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management.
- Supply chain, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, distribution, or procurement industry experience.
- Experience in consulting organizations delivering enterprise transformations.

Key Skills & Capabilities
- 7+ years of experience delivering ERP Supply Chain Management0 or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management implementations.
- Deep expertise in multiple supply chain domains, such as procurement, inventory, master planning, manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, product information management, or order fulfilment.
- Experience leading supply chain workstreams on medium to large ERP transformation programs, including at least 3 years in a functional lead capacity.
- Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, workshop facilitation, requirements gathering, and client relationship skills.
- Knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies, fit-gap analysis, functional design, project governance, and quality management.
- Experience mentoring consultants and leading distributed teams.
