Job Description:

1. **User Account Management**

   - Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts across various systems.

   - Assign and review user access rights based on roles and responsibilities.

2. **Authentication and Authorization**

   - Develop and maintain robust authentication mechanisms, such as multi-factor authentication (MFA).

   - Manage authorization processes to ensure appropriate access levels.

 3. **Password and Credential Management**

   - Enforce password policies, including complexity, expiration, and reset requirements.

   - Manage credential issuance and lifecycle.

4. **Access Reviews and Audits**

   - Conduct regular access reviews and audits to ensure compliance and detect any anomalies.

   - Report findings and implement corrective actions as necessary.   

5. **Policy Development and Enforcement**

   - Develop IAM policies and procedures aligned with best practices and regulatory requirements.

   - Ensure policies are enforced and communicated across the organization.  

6. **Monitoring and Incident Response**

   - Monitor IAM systems for suspicious activities and potential security breaches.

   - Respond to and investigate IAM-related security incidents.   

7. **System Maintenance and Improvement**

   - Maintain and update IAM systems to ensure they are operating effectively.

   - Work with IT and security teams to identify and implement system improvements.   

8. **Training and Support**

   - Provide training to employees on IAM policies and procedures.

   - Offer technical support to resolve IAM-related issues. 

9. **Collaboration and Coordination**

   - Work with various departments to ensure IAM practices are integrated into overall business processes.

   - Coordinate with IT and security teams to align IAM initiatives with broader security strategies.
