Position: Senior SAP GRC Access Control Consultant
Location: Hybrid – Monterrey, Mexico

About the Role

We are seeking aSenior SAP GRC Access Control Consultant with proven expertise in implementing SAP GRC solutions. The ideal candidate has successfully delivered at least two full-cycle implementations and brings strong hands-on experience across all four key modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and implementation of SAP GRC Access Control.

• Customize and manage workflows inAccess Request Management (ARM), including MSMP and BRF+.

• Execute and maintainAccess Risk Analysis (ARA), including rule set adjustments and risk identification.

• ManageBusiness Role Management (BRM), including role methodology and master data maintenance.

• Implement and configureEmergency Access Management (EAM) with Firefighter, including access definition for S/4HANA Cloud Private.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance and best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience withSAP Security / GRC.

• Hands-on expertise inARM, ARA, BRM, and EAM.

• At leasttwo full-cycle implementations of SAP GRC Access Control.

• Strong understanding of S/4HANA Cloud Private environment.

• Bilingual:Spanish & English (written and spoken).

• Willingness to travel on demand.
