Reporting intoSenior Business Process Manager, we are searching for a team member to join us asBusiness Process & Digital Transformation Specialist (SAP).

TheBusiness Process & Digital Transformation Specialist (SAP)supportsAPAC business units by performing the hands-on processanalysis andsolution development needed tosimplify, standardise and improve how work is performed. The rolemaps current-state processes, identifiesbottlenecks,root causes,manual workarounds andsystem gaps, then converts these findings intopractical improvement actions using structured methods such asValue Stream Mapping,Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN),root cause analysis anddata-driven problem solving.

This position requires ahands-on professional who can move beyonddocumenting issues todesigning, building and implementing workable solutions. The successful candidate should be able to analyseSAP-enabled business processes, understandsystem behaviour, defineclear requirements, work withGlobal Process Owners and IT on enhancements, and directly developpractical digital solutions where appropriate, includingworkflow automation,reporting tools,scripts orlow-code applications.

The role’s core purpose is to improveoperational effectiveness by combiningprocess thinking, SAP knowledge, dataanalysis, automationcapability andstrong stakeholder engagement to deliver measurable, sustainable business outcomes across APAC.

What you will be doing 

1. Process Improvement & Solution Design

   · Support and lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives, from problem definition and current-stateassessment through solution design, implementation and stabilisation.

   · Perform structured root cause analysis using process, system and data evidence, going beyond issue identification to develop practical corrective and preventive solutions.

   · Design scalable processes that balance global standards, internalcontrols and local business requirements.

   · Define success measures and use feedback and performance data to evaluate adoption, effectiveness and realisedbusiness outcomes.

   · Document future-state processes, business rules, roles, controls and operating procedures in a clear and usable format.
   

2. SAP & Digital Enablement

   · Analyse SAP-enabled business processes and system behaviour to identify opportunities for simplification, standardisation, digitisation and automation.

   · Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, process designs, data logic and acceptance criteria for IT and solution teams.

   Develop or support pragmatic digital solutions using approved automation, workflow, reporting and analytics tools.
   · Validate data and solution logic, coordinate or execute User Acceptance Testing, manage defects, and confirm that delivered solutions address the underlying business need.

   · Support SAP S/4HANA transformation and regional system rollouts by providing APAC process input, testing support, business readiness and post-go-live improvement.
   

3. Project Delivery & Change Adoption

   · Own assigned workstreams and deliverables, maintaining clear scope, priorities, dependencies, risks, actions and stakeholder communication.

   · Partner with business units, Global Process Owners, IT and functional teams to align regional needs with global designs and influence decisions through facts and practical recommendations.

   · Prepare concise management updates, recommendations and business cases that convert complex process and system detail into clear decisions and actions.

   · Support change impact assessment, user communication, training, adoption and transition into business-as-usual operations.
   

4. Regional Collaboration & Capability Building

   · Buildtrusted relationships acrossAPAC and work effectively acrosscultures,functions andlevels of seniority.

   · Share reusableprocess standards,tools,lessons learned andleading practices across business units.

   Coachprocess owners andkey users instructured problem solving,process thinking andownership of sustainable improvements.
   

What we would love for you to have

• Minimum3 years’ experience in business process improvement, business analysis, or a similar role.

• Strong working knowledge of at least oneSAP module (e.g. SD, FI/CO, PtM)

• Ability to analyse process flows, SAP transactions and data structures, and translate findings into clear business and functional requirements.

• Demonstrated experience diagnosing business and system problems, performing root cause analysis, and implementing practical, data-driven solutions.

• Hands-on experience with at least one workflow, automation, reporting or scripting technology, such as Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, SAP Build Process Automation, Power BI, SQL, Python, VBA, JSON, Nintex, ProcessMaker or a comparable tool.

• Hands-on experience delivering process or system improvements through requirements definition, testing, implementation and user adoption.

• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a regional, multi-country or complex matrix environment.

• Experience in manufacturing, building materials, supply chain, order-to-cash or related operational environments is advantageous

• SAP project, rollout or S/4HANA transformation experience is advantageous.
