What You Will Do:

• **Master the art of phlebotomy** – Perform specimen collection for at least 25% of your scheduled hours and become the go-to expert patients trust (even if they're a little nervous about needles!).
• **Keep specimens moving** – Process and transport laboratory specimens and materials with precision and care, ensuring nothing gets lost in the shuffle.
• **Be a testing superstar** – Conduct point of care testing and enter orders accurately, knowing your attention to detail directly helps patients get the answers they need.
• **Connect with everyone** – Interact professionally and warmly with patients, caregivers, and lab staff, creating a positive experience for everyone you meet.
• **Handle it all with confidence** – Ensure safety and proficiency when working with specimens from patients of all ages, from tiny newborns to our seasoned community members.
• **Follow the playbook** – Stick to established procedures while bringing a courteous, customer-focused attitude to everything you do.

Required Qualifications:

- High school graduate or equivalent

- Minimum six months of phlebotomy experience
