Job Description

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and experiencedTechnical Lead with 6+ years of experience to drive end-to-end solution design, lead development teams, and ensure high-quality delivery of scalable applications. The role involves ownership of backend architecture using Java technologies, guidance on UI development (Angular and React Native), and strong collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the analysis of business requirements and define robust technical solutions and architecture
  • Drive design and development ofJava-based backend systems using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
  • Oversee UI development efforts usingAngular (web) andReact Native (mobile)
  • Design and governRESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and system integrations
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization
  • Review code, conduct technical design discussions, and ensure quality deliverables
  • Manage and resolve complex technical issues, production incidents, and system bottlenecks
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, QA, and DevOps teams
  • Drive Agile practices, sprint planning, and technical estimations
  • Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and workflows


Required Skills
  • Strong expertise inCore Java, OOPs, and multithreading concepts
  • Hands-on experience withSpring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate/JPA
  • Solid experience in designingmicroservices architecture and REST APIs
  • Strong knowledge ofAngular (2+) and good working knowledge ofReact Native
  • Experience withSQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB)
  • Familiarity withGit, Maven/Gradle, CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills
  • Experience insystem integration and distributed systems


Preferred Skills
  • Experience withcloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
  • Knowledge ofcontainerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience withDevOps practices and tools
  • Exposure tosecurity best practices and API governance
