This role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant processing of learning activities while delivering a high level of customer. RESPONSIBILITIES:• Training Administration & Operationso Administer end to end training activities, including course enrollment, session scheduling, cancellations, completions, and learning record maintenance for Spanish speaking populations.o Process training requests accurately in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and related HR systems, ensuring data integrity and timeliness.o Manage training records, certificates, and reports in compliance with audit, regulatory, and data privacy requirements.o Support LMS data activities such as uploads, corrections, reconciliations, and reporting.o Handle ad hoc learning administration requests aligned with agreed SLAs and quality standards.• Stakeholder & Customer Supporto Serve as a primary point of contact for Spanish speaking learners, HR partners, and business stakeholders on training related inquiries.o Provide clear, professional communication in Spanish and English through email, case management tools, or service platforms.o Resolve employee training concerns efficiently, escalating complex issues where required.o Maintain high customer satisfaction by demonstrating ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.• Quality, Compliance & Continuous Improvemento Ensure adherence to documented Training Administration processes, controls, and compliance requirements.o Support quality checks, audits, and root cause analysis of errors related to training records and system updates.o Identify process gaps, recurring issues, and automation opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy.o Contribute to knowledge base updates, job aids, and standard operating procedures.• Collaboration & Team Supporto Collaborate with Learning teams, HR Business Partners, and business stakeholders to support learning delivery.o Participate in team calibrations, cross skilling initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.o Support metrics tracking related to timeliness, accuracy, SLA compliance, and CSAT.OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Rotation ShiftProject Rest Day: Weekends OffProject/Team Location: Taguig, Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Standard Spanish Language profileSpanish skill only, no domainAt least 0-2 years work experienceGood to have:Experience in Training Administration, HR Operations, Learning Administration, or shared servicesHands on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and HR systems.Good knowledge of data, access controls and HR processes for an organization with >2k resourcesAbout Accenture
