What will you be doing?

• Lead and mentor a team of Automotive Technicians and Apprentices

• Oversee daily workshop operations and ensure KPIs are met

• Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold RAC's quality standards

• Coordinate workflow and ensure compliance with safety procedures

• Liaise with members, suppliers, and internal teams to support service excellence

What are we looking for?

• Qualified Automotive Technician

• Licensing: C-Class Driver's Licence and Motor Vehicle Repairer's Licence

• Technical Skills: Comprehensive background in servicing, repairs, and diagnostics

• Leadership Abilities: Proven capacity to motivate, coach and mentor a diverse team

• Organisational Strength: Capable of prioritising tasks, managing workload and resolving challenges in a fast-paced environment
