About the Role

Join Aussie Broadband as ourTax Manager and play a key role in leading tax compliance, governance and advisory activities across the business. This is a great opportunity for a technically strong tax professional to provide expert advice, drive process improvements, and support strategic business initiatives within a growing organisation.

This is a permanent, hybrid role based in our Sydney office.

What You'll Do

• Lead tax compliance, governance and risk management across the Aussie Broadband.
• Oversee income tax, GST, FBT and international tax reporting and obligations.
• Provide practical tax advice and support business decisions, projects and strategic initiatives.
• Manage tax reporting, financial statement disclosures and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Support tax audits, M&A activity, transfer pricing and international tax matters.
• Drive process improvements and build strong relationships across Finance, the wider business and external advisors.

What You'll Bring

• CA or CPA qualified, with a degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 6+ years with corporate tax experience, preferably with Big 4 experience.
• Strong technical tax and accounting knowledge across a broad range of tax matters.
• Experience managing tax compliance, reporting and advisory activities.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Strong project management, organisational and time management skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and a high level of attention to detail.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
