Role Overview

As a Market Researcher, you’ll make outbound calls to businesses to gather information on their current communications and broadband services. You’ll speak with key decision-makers, record accurate information in our CRM and work towards daily and weekly targets.

Key Responsibilities

• • Make outbound calls to businesses to confirm their current communications and broadband infrastructure 
• • Speak with key decision-makers to gather detailed information about existing providers and packages
• • Accurately log all interactions and collected data into the CRM system 
• • Meet or exceed daily and weekly data collection and verification targets 
• • Take part in team meetings, training sessions, and idea-sharing to continuously develop your skills 

• • Confident communicator with a professional and friendly phone manner 
• • Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers 
• • Target-driven with a positive, resilient attitude 
• • Good attention to detail and ability to record information accurately 

• Basic salary: £23,809.50 - £24,784.00
• OTE: £28,000 - £30,000
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing by 1 day for every year of service, plus your birthday off
