Infrastructure Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• System & Network Management: Set up, configure, and manage on-premises and cloud servers, virtual machines, and network hardware like routers and firewalls.
• Security & Compliance: Install security protocols, monitor systems for vulnerabilities, and ensure operational compliance.
• Automation & Cloud Operations: Deploy solutions using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and manage cloud resources (IaaS/PaaS).
• Troubleshooting & Optimization: Monitor performance metrics, resolve outages, and perform root-cause analysis on system failures.

Operating Systems: Strong command of Linux, Windows Server, and UNIX.

Cloud & DevOps: Experience with platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, plus CI/CD pipelines and container platforms like Kubernetes.

Networking Protocols: Solid understanding of LAN/WAN, DNS, TCP/IP, and VPN configuration.

Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose complex issues across hybrid or multi-cloud environments.
