Responsibilities
Ā· Manage all HR module phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closureĀ
Ā· Create project plans, including deliverables, activities, timeliness, and budgetsĀ
Ā· Ensure milestones are successfully met through oversight of project/module vehicles and coordination of resourcesĀ
Ā· Work collaboratively with other departments impacting the project
Ā· Lead communication with stakeholders and team members through completion of the module implementation
Ā· Provide scheduled and on-demand status reports and updatesĀ
Ā· Make decisions based on information and input on timeĀ
- This is a virtual role that may require 15% travel to client sites

Qualifications
Ā·Ā 3+ Years proven work experience working with ADP products, specifically WFN in an HR capacity, and a 4-year college degree or a combination thereof
Ā· Expertise with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Ā Thorough knowledge of other HCM products is a plus
Ā· Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills for handling multiple and conflicting activitiesĀ
Ā· Proven consulting, communication, presentation, and facilitation skillsĀ
Ā· Commitment to being accountable for results, both individually and as a teamĀ
Ā· Ability to think independently and make informed decisionsĀ
