THE ROLE
Aircraft and Ground Refueling Operator: support safe, reliable aircraft and ground fuel services, accountable operations and a fully qualified site team within your assigned discipline.
QUALIFICATIONS
Journeyman-level equivalent experience driving and operating aircraft/ground fuel-servicing vehicles and performing refueling/defueling. Current appropriate state CDL with tank and hazardous-material endorsements and all applicable vehicle/operator certifications before start. Site flightline-driving training/access qualification before unsupervised duty. This design also seeks verified FDSO bulk/distribution cross-qualification for assigned relief duties; experience must be supported by dated records.
Before unsupervised duty, complete applicable site orientation, safety, environmental/spill training, task qualifications and base access. Personnel clearances and system access must match actual duties. TM, acting-TM and fuel-accounting roles require appropriate clearances under the solicitation; final level/timing remains subject to Government confirmation. No clearance sponsorship is promised.
SCHEDULE AND LOCATION
Onsite at Malmstrom AFB. Normal dispatch/refueling weekdays 0700–0200 next day; normal management, accounting, lab and bulk 0700–1600. Full-time positions include primary, local relief and support assignments. Day, late, overnight surge, weekends, holidays and locally based recall may be required. Individual shifts, response availability, overtime and benefits will be agreed in the contingent offer. No employee will be counted on two simultaneous posts or at both sites.

ROLE-SPECIFIC SKILLS AND VERIFICATION
Demonstrate journeyman-equivalent operation of fuel servicing vehicles/equipment: product and aircraft identification, pre-use inspections, authorized positioning, bonding, deadman/emergency controls, hose/connection handling, contamination prevention, servicing records and spill/fire response within assigned training.
Evidence and assignment prerequisites
Provide dated assignments, aircraft/refueler models, current CDL class and tank/HAZMAT endorsements appropriate to the assigned vehicle and state requirements, and relevant training/course dates. Valid professional qualifications are required before work. Complete base flightline driving training/access and model/task-specific authorization before independent servicing.
Practical assessment
Demonstrate safe service setup/shutdown and response to suspect fuel or equipment failure. Hazmat employee training is distinct from a CDL endorsement; applicable employer training, medical qualification and drug/alcohol-program requirements must be met. Do not submit medical or clearance records with the initial application.
During screening, provide dated role-specific examples and course/license names, issuers, completion dates and expiration dates where applicable. Axyde will verify relevant evidence and assess practical competence before assigning independent duties. Current site-specific permissions may be completed during mobilization; they do not waive required experience or credentials. Qualification is recorded for each named person and each primary/alternate task.
