2027 DBS Internship (Business and Support Units)

DBS Internship Programme offers university students a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience. Whether your interests lie in banking, AI, technology, data, sustainability, risk management, operations, finance, human resources, marketing or other corporate functions, you will work alongside experienced professionals on meaningful work that contribute to real business outcomes.

This allows returning interns to continue building their skills, deepen their experience, and explore new opportunities across the bank.

Who Are We Looking For

• Matriculated undergraduate or postgraduate students from any discipline
• Priority consideration is given to penultimate year students; selected roles may be open to students in other years of study
• Able to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of 12 weeks
• Able to obtain university endorsement for DBS internship
• Passionate about a career in banking and financial services
• Strong communicators who can engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Agile, curious and motivated to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

  • Behavioural Assessment
  • Coding Assessment (for Technology, AI & Data Science roles)
• Review the list of job opportunities and rank your preferred internship job codes in order of interest
• Interview selection: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews. Due to the high volume of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
• Application deadline: Applications for DBS Internship Programme will close in March 2027. Early applications are encouraged as opportunities may be filled on a rolling basis.
