We help companies modernize technology, reimagine processes and transform experiences, so they stay ahead in a fast-changing world. We are looking for a Junior content moderator to support our team. The primary purpose is to review user flagging reports regarding website content. It is a very detailed-orientated role, with significant stress resistance and concentration.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Review user flagging reports regarding website content.
• Understand and remain up-to-date with the client's policies and guidelines.
• Analyze and identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action timely.
• Review the reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality.
• Recognize trends and patterns, and escalate issues outside established policies.
• Use market-specific knowledge and insights to spot and scope solutions to improve the support of the user community.
• Review sensitive content, sometimes involving graphic or otherwise disturbing subjects.

𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐣𝐨𝐛:

The main purpose of the role is to review user flagging report: regarding website content it is a very detail oriented role, where stress resistance and concentration are of very high importance.

𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:
• Fluency in German (Native or C2) and English (B2 or C1 level).
• No previous experience required; Maximum until 12 months of experience within the content moderation.
• Ability to deal with highly sensitive content (graphic images, among others).
• Ability to work on a shift basis, 24/7 availability.

𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 – 𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐲: Lagoas Park, Oeiras, Lisbon - Portugal. The company offers a Free Shutle to comute to work.

𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲: up to 1560€ gross per month
